Founded in 2019
Potential is widespread, but opportunity is not. Across South Africa, young people are ready to step into the digital economy but systemic barriers stand in the way.
Many lack access to the resources that make upskilling possible: reliable internet, a quiet place to study, even a daily meal.
iHub exists to bridge that gap. We’re digital disruptors focused on future skills for African youth, combining market-relevant technical training in AI, web development, and emerging tech with the meta skills and career-building support that turn potential into employment.
Through partnerships informed by hiring managers and industry research, we deliver full-stack programmes that include what other training providers leave out—free daily meals, travel subsidies, mental health services, and the scaffolding previously disadvantaged youth need to not just learn, but thrive. In the gig economy and beyond, access to opportunity shouldn’t depend on where you start. iHub makes sure it doesn’t.
