Our People Department
Where emotional support, mental wellness, and personal development meet.
Their day to day involves:
- Listening when students feel stuck or anxious
- Helping them process difficult moments
- Refocusing students on resilience, self-awareness, and growth.
They’re also the team checking on alumni and helping to provide ongoing support. Whether it’s a quiet check-in or a tough conversation that helps a student or alumnus keep going — this team makes all the difference.
You won’t see them on a timetable. But you’ll see their impact in every student who learns to keep showing up.

Our Program Department
They’re a big part of the reason students feel seen, supported, and capable of more. Skilling youth for futures in the digital landscape. They’re creating the conditions for transformation.
The Programe team is behind every milestone:
- Planning each phase of the curriculum
- Supporting students through technical challenges
- Running daily check-ins, workshops, and progress reviews
- Copious amounts of individual feedback to help students see where they shine and grow where they’re falling short

Our Operations Department
They’re the engine — making sure every part of the organisation runs smoothly, so students and facilitators can stay focused on the work.
From managing logistics and tech, to setting up workspaces and keeping things running on schedule, this team handles the systems that hold everything together.
From when students arrive each day to working laptops, working lights, and a space that’s ready for learning, to strategic partnerships and collaborations that add value to the program, it’s because this team made it so.
They don’t ask for the spotlight. But without them, nothing moves forward.
This is the team that keeps the engine running.
