At iHub Africa, training opens the door; coaching helps you walk through it. When someone who’s been there leans in with feedback, clarity, and accountability, potential turns into progress. Navigating the world of work can be overwhelming, with so many unspoken rules. Coaches help youth build a compass and strategy to work towards a thriving career rooted in authenticity.

Here is what you need to know:

2-3 hours per month per student
Frequency: Twice a month
Session length: 45-60 min
Format: virtual or in-person
Times: Tuesday – Friday, anytime between 12:00-16:00 SAST
Who you’ll be coaching: Youth aged 20-30 enrolled in a Digital Marketing and Soft Skills training program
Experience: No coaching experience required.
Speciality: Any field or industry, as long as you have at least 2-3 years work experience.
Goal: To provide access to working professionals who can share their wisdom and help students grow their application of soft skills.
