This week at the hub – Week 04

Week 4 was the start of Block 2 for the Phase 4A journey and we have had our moments. The intake campaign is getting heavier and heavier. It has been incredible as Google Analytics 4 was the main topic, the week was filled with delays with the usual schedule of the week’s masterclass. We had the pleasure of joining an enlightening online session with Mahlatse Mashue on Critical Thinking: The Art of Asking Great Questions. He gave an amazing opening to gauge the audience using the platform “menti.com”, describing himself as a peacemaker in simple terms with an eye for solutions by asking great questions, and a passionate family man with a beautiful wife and three daughters.

Lastly, the week was closed with the ‘This One Thing” presentation by our Facility and Operations Oversight, Thendo Netsianda who opened up on his background in Limpopo, his love for rugby, the move to Gauteng, and how Christianity allowed him to take on a journey to reconcile. “Forgiveness a Daily Choice on the Path to Healing and that it does happen overnight Forgiveness as a choice highlights that we have agency in how we respond to hurt. It’s not about waiting for feelings to change, but actively deciding to work towards letting go of resentment. He was able to be practical in storytelling the focus of forgiveness.

The week is exciting to witness at iHub, so stay tuned for more.
